Happy February everyone! It’s unfortunately that time of year where the workout goals start to dwindle and fade, and demotivation for the fitness routine takes effect. I don’t know about you, but stylish workout clothes motivate me to keep moving and not skip my workout! That’s why I thought it was the perfect time to share a workout look and some of my favorite fitness style brands.

I used to be that person who did not like to invest in workout clothes because I would rather save up for pieces that I would use every day. That was actually my problem! If my goal is to workout 4-5 times a week, that would mean I should be spending a lot more time in workout clothes than I gave credit to. With that being said, most of my Christmas gifts this year revolved around investing in a small capsule wardrobe that can be used to workout and be active in.

Workout Pants / Leggings

Workout pants are a piece that I like to invest in and buy high-quality because of how long they will last. I have a pair of Lululemon leggings and ALO pants that have lasted me at least 4 years. I wear them both every week (sometimes multiple times) and wash them a ton, and they still look brand new! Plus, they are also great for traveling and running errands in.

Workout Tops

Tops are something I do NOT like spending a lot on. I find that they are a lot thinner and the material is never as great. But that is just my opinion! Some of my favorite tops I’ve found have actually been from Target’s workout line JoyLab. They have plenty of options on styles and colors, are all made with breathable fabric and the price points are super affordable!
