Happy Wednesday Everyone! This post is obviously inspired by a printed pant. I got these pants as a Christmas gift back in December, and at first had no idea what I was going to pair them with besides a white crew neck tee and some heels. But then I really started to research what else I could wear these pants with. I mean, you never want to have something in your closet that you could only pair with one thing, right? So after much experimenting, I found some different ways to style the cropped printed pant. And hopefully after these posts, you can grab some inspiration for your “printed pant that you can’t pair with anything” item.

For this look, I wanted a more sophisticated and dressed-up vibe; this outfit would be great for a date night, day at the office or dinner with some friends. The simple black peplum top is a great piece to add to your wardrobe, if you don’t already have one. It’s so versatile and can really dress anything up. Toss a statement necklace over it to add some sparkle with a great pair of heels and boom! You have yourself a polished look with a printed pant.

Look out for Part 2 of this post, where I will show you how I styled the same printed pant in a totally different way (dressed down and more casual).
