Isn’t this just the perfect Miami dress?! I purchased it a couple of months back for a small Ocean Drive event I attended. Because I had “absolutely nothing to wear” in my closet, I went to Zara and started browsing (I should probably mention that the event was in two hours, and still, I had found nothing). Finally, I found this dress, as I do most of my favorite items in my closet, under a pile of go-backs waiting in the line at the dressing room. And it was perfect because it has palm tress on it! Every time I wear it, I get stopped and complimented on it, and I feel like I’m wearing an Andy Warhol-inspired, deco pop art piece. And as a bonus, my friends and I actually came out in Ocean Drive Magazine (below), so fun!
PS: Sorry for the rocky pictures. My poor photographer and friend were trying to bare with me and my heels on the boardwalk. It was very windy, and my heel kept getting stuck to the bottom of the dock! Not as glamourous as it looks; all for the love of fashion!
Try a fun printed dress this summer! It’s so easy to throw on, and there is no need for accessories (well, may be a little). I’m off to a fun place on vacation and I hope I get to blog from there! I think you all will enjoy it. Hint: I had to pack lots of sweaters, boots and scarves… in JULY! Fall fashion preview coming soon!
