Every season calls for a little switch in your cosmetic routine- especially your scent! Here are a few products that have been my favorite lately, and a little review on them.
– Nars Audacious Mascara : This little guy is new to the mascara world, so I decided to give it a whirl. Result: Let me preface this by saying that I am very hard to please when it comes to mascaras, and every preference is different. If I am completely honest, I like it, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again. This product is definitely one for a night time dramatic look. But I feel it doesn’t give your lashes the fullness they need. If length is your only concern, then go for it! But I personally like volume AND length.
– YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick #54 in “Prune Avenue”- I Love these lipsticks! I know they are a bit of an investment but trust me, you will not regret it. And the hues! It will be very hard to find this color in another brand. I have bought YSL lipsticks for years and I will definitely stay loyal to them! The color stays on all day and it doesn’t dry out your lips. PS: This is the lip color of the season!
– Diptique Eau de Parfum in “Eau Duelle” – Hi my name in Jackie, and I am addicted to perfumes. Although I have 2 or 3 signature scents, I always love to switch up my scent for the holidays to a more sweet, musky and spicy scent. I’m not a huge fan of sweet, but this scent is absolutely stunning and I get complimented every time I wear it. Think of it as a spicy-vanilla with a hint of bourbon. I think I’m going to have to add this to my signature scent collection! PS: It stays on all day long.
Bobbi Brown Bronzer in “Golden Light” – Even in Miami where it doesn’t snow, we still don’t go to the beach as often as we used to. That’s where bronzer becomes my Fall beauty necessity. And this color is my ultimate favorite! It’s not too dark and doesn’t have sparkle so you don’t have to worry about having glitter on your face. It gives you that natural glow without making you look like you have brown blush on.
