Currently Loving : May Edition

May = my favorite month. Probably because it’s when Spring is in full effect; the flowers are blooming, the weather is perfect, and everything just seems rosier. Today I am sharing some of the things that I am loving this month – think of it like a May Moodboard. Here we go!

Peonies

My favorite flower. When I got these they were completely closed little balls – two days later: they opened up into circles of beautiful pink fluff.

Glossier skincare products

Glossier sent me these about a month ago and I have not been disappointed. Stay tuned for a full review of these little beauties, but let me just say I love and recommend them. The Glossier Milk Jelly Cleanser has replaced my gentle facial cleanser for nighttime, and I don’t know how my dry lips or hands lived without Balm Dotcom. I’m very impressed with Glossier and I am excited to try out more of their products! Plus, their price point is amazing! Both of these products are under $20.

Soma Water Vase

I have been looking for a pitcher filter system for a while now, and I was naturally drawn by the beautiful aesthetic of the Soma Brand, but the water actually tastes incredible. I don’t want to sound like a water snob, but I usually refill a huge 8 gallon jug with Alkaline water every week at my local grocery store, however, it’s a bit heavy for me to carry, so I usually have to wait for my fiancé to go with me making it a bit of a hassle just to get some filtered water. This little guy is so easy to fill and the filter refills are sold on Amazon (my new BFF). Also, I love that Soma partners with Charity Water so that every time you buy a filter you are helping provide clean water for people in need around the world. Bonus: it fills the 10 glass minimum we are suppose to be drinking a day, so it’s easy to keep track.

Poppin’ Blush Pens

I’m a bit of an office supply addict- especially pens! Although, I have to say that most of my favorite pens aren’t the prettiest, but these little beauties changed that. They write in black gel ink and they come in blush pink. What more is there to say?

Arlo Skye Luggage

THIS! If you follow me on Instagram and watched my story last week, you know that I visited Vancouver and traveled with only a carry-on for the first time in history. This was my carry-on! I am in LOVE with my Arlo Skye Champagne Luggage. Where do I begin? Oh, I know! It is stunning. I have never seen a more chic, sleek and fabulous carry-on in my life! Also, it CHARGES YOUR PHONE. Yes, you read that correctly! It has a rechargeable battery pack that is secretly stowed in the hardware of the luggage, and has a tiny little flap for you to open and stick your phone cable in for a quick re-charge.
