Happy Tuesday everyone! This weekend, I was in South Beach for The Vous Conference and decided to make it a little “staycation” and stay at The Royal Palm Miami Hotel, formerly known as The James. I guess I definitely take for granted that I live in such a gorgeous city that people come to vacation from all around the world. This weekend, I was reminded of why tourists choose to visit Miami and always come back time and time again. Here are some snapshots from my weekend at The Royal Palm Miami.

^ The pool area is literally steps away from the ocean. They also have the most comfy and artistic furniture all throughout the property. How could I not stop and snap an outfit picture or two? Also, who else want a teepee in their backyard? I’ll take two please!

On Thursday night, the hotel had a swanky soiree to celebrate the grand opening on Tribute Portfolio’s first property. From the mojito bar, ice sculptures, delicious bites, spa experiences to a private performance and meet-and-greet with Marina and The Diamonds, let’s just say fabulous is an understatement.

^ Ever wonder where those gorgeous orange umbrellas are from when you are walking the beach? Well, they are The Royal Palm Miami’s signature beach accessory. Even if it’s overcast and raining, these umbrellas will make you feel like you are in the pure Florida sunshine.

Not only do I love The Royal Palm’s art deco architecture and ocean views, but also their boutique and independent feel that gives you a sense of vacation that is both unique and down-to-earth. I had a great weekend and I didn’t want to come back to reality!

A special thank you to Tribute Portfolio, Starwood Hotels and The Royal Palm for a fantastic weekend and for sponsoring this post.

XO
