Trouve Sweater , Urban Oufitters scarf (in-store), Nordstrom Wayf Pants, Dolce Vita Boots, Nordstrom Sunnies (BP In-store), Joy Gryson Bag (not available), Trouve Leather Jacket (similar here), Henri Bendel Arm Candy, “Bikini So Teeny” by Essie Nails.

Ah, Carmel; a quaint little town in California a little ways from San Francisco. This was my last stop of my family vacay. It was absolutely adorable and beautiful. Carmel has a European/Swedish-feel to it with a twist of California charm, being right next to a beautiful white-sand beach in the Pacific Ocean. Surrounded by cottage-like homes, coffee houses and caffes, art galleries, and charming little shops, it’s the perfect place to walk around and have a relaxing day.

This sweater is a new favorite of mine; it’s so soft and comfy! I feel like I am being surrounded by lots of fluffy bunnies when I wear it. I purchased this sweater at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale last week (it’s going on now!) along with the DV booties I am also wearing. I’m a sucker for oversized sweaters, I can never have too many of them. They are so chic and look great with skinny jeans, leggings, and of course, some nice slim-fitted track pants like these. I am also a sucker for little animals on clothing (especially zebras!). “Animalia,” as they are calling it in the “fashion world,” will be/is a huge trend coming this fall. I found this scarf at Urban Outfitters and I just had to have it (Little zebras! I couldn’t take the cuteness!). Keep your eyes peeled and you will see what I mean. From J.Crew to Target, to high end designers like Tory Burch, animal prints are everywhere, and they aren’t going away anytime soon.

I hope you all enjoyed the pictures from my trip! Have a happy Monday!
