Happy February everyone! My uniform lately, (when it’s not “cool” in Miami), is a chambray shirt over leggings. I found this one on sale at Madewell a couple weeks ago and had to get it! Hearts are my favorite, and since Valentine’s Day is also my favorite holiday, it just makes sense to share it with you on this beautiful Monday in February!
I would probably say that I am one to “wear my heart on my sleeve,” or in this case, my pocket. I love love! And I believe that with love, anything is possible. I love because He loved us first. One of my favorite verses in the Bible is Psalm 63:3 (the verse on my Instagram profile), and 1 Corinthians 13:13 “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” I always strive to remember to do all things in love, even when I may not be having the best day. Although we may not realize it, our words and actions are powerful and can impact others positively or negatively. And the choice is yours! So this Valentine’s day, you don’t need a boyfriend of girlfriend to celebrate it! Celebrate Love, and love others around you! And that’s why Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday, because it celebrates the most wonderful emotion and feeling that God gave us: Love.
