Looking chic, yet comfortable while traveling on a plane is always a challenge for me. It takes me almost half an hour to pick an airport outfit. The dilemma is to incorporate your items that will take up space in your luggage, and wear those on the plane to save room. I always wear leggings because they are lightweight and SUPER comfy, but are wearable for adventures outside of the airport. Then I usually layer a long t-shirt-like shirt. This top is one of my ALL-TIME favorites when traveling. It flows just like a dress, but it feels like you are wearing one of your boyfriend’s over-sized T-shirts. I layer a long necklace over that (one that is easy to take off and put on at security), then carry my leather jacket with me (saving space in my luggage and fighting the chilly weather on the airplane), and I always wear the hat I will be using on the trip. Voila ! An easy, chic and functional airport outfit. I wore this a couple of weeks ago on my trip to Los Angeles for Thanksgiving. I had such a blast and can’t wait to go back! Stay tuned for my LA travel style diaries!
